Library was added by using network share. Initial scan was Ok.
But then no changes are reflected.
I was renamed, deleted files - no changes in library.
“Get Info” on deleted files show “Unavailable” status.
All deleted & renamed files still in Library - after 24h+.
Changed library scan interval from 2h to 15min, but no new log still created.
In between of initial Library scan & other activities - was installed Plex Service Tray.
Purpose: to launch Plex MS as a service, not on user login.
Unfortunately when started as a service - PMS does “not see” already mapped drives, Tray fails to map specified share, PMS can’t connect to share by UNC path
So, share is scanned etc. in may case only when PMS started on user login or manually.
Started manually under user environment - it access mapped drive & UNC path fine.
But not when started as a service.
