Similar problem here too.

A few who saw issues like this found that it started working again after rebooting the machine. Have you tried that?

Thanks @Beckfield - I did re-boot last night. But I’ll try again when I get home. Figuring I’ll restart everything, router, NAS storage & Plex PC … see how it goes from there

Unfortunately - router / nas storage and plex server (PC) reboot not resolving issue - Library refresh not finding any new content since the issue on the 6th Feb … not sure how to resolve?

OK … well a reboot of everything was an utter fail - where as before I had no new content showing after library refresh … now I have no tv or movies available at all - Can see library but all shows show as red “unavailable” icon

I had issues with all my servers, they wouldn’t respond at all.

I had to kill the process on each of the servers reboot and they did come back.
But for some reason they are struggling, just with the web client it takes seconds for screens to appear.

One thing I can’t enplane was when I went to kill the process They were all running scans looks like 8-10 script hosts, and a lot of other processes. These systems run nothing but Plex, and they all have scanning disabled, They should have not been scanning anything, I manually kick off a scan for a movie or show when needed and I use the NFO importer for metadata.

Another re-boot of all devices still unsuccessful - all media unavailable - Plex on twitter telling me there is no current issue. This is kind of frustrating

And … we’re back … another re-boot of Plex Server and all content available and library finally showing new files

Try following these instructions.

This fixed library scan issues for me recently.
