Library Sharing - Possible to share/sort by rating?

I have a few friends that I share my Plex library with and we’d love to be able to rate movies and be able to sort my collection by each other’s ratings. Is this possible? Is it at least possible for me, the library owner, to rate movies and for that to influence their libraries when sorting by Rating?
