I moved my Plex Media Server from my NAS to my iMac, now the new server on my iMac does not recognize that i have a lifetime pass. When i look at my account settings it has all my login info correct including my lifetime pass but when i try to add live tv/dvr it does not see my lifetime pass and try’s to upsell me to get one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Even on this website it’s trying to upsell me for a lifetime pass and i have one!!!
Is your server signed into the same account?
Check Settings > [Server Name] > General, not your account settings!
