A close friend of mine passed away unexpectedly in his early forties. He was the owner of a lifetime Plex Pass. His PlexPass was tied to a work email (he owned his own company). I would like to help his widow transfer his account away from that work email since it will need to be deleted by his successor. Nobody will be using/checking it and they don’t want to leave it live on their server. I cannot find any way to change the email within the account preferences. Is there a way to change it or perhaps someone at Plex I can talk to about changing this and preserving his investment in a lifetime membership? He had the membership for only a short time before passing away so it seems like a waste if nothing can be done.
as long as you have access to the existing email account, you can change the email address.
