Unable to access Lifetime Subscription Account - No email access

First, I am currently paying for a Plex Pass subscription monthly. This is not about that account.

I have a Plex Pass Lifetime subscription which I purchased sometime 5-7 years ago. I am not sure but I don’t think it has been used since then. The email for that account no longer exists thus I cannot request a password reset and receive it. How can I go about getting access to change the email on that account and use it?

I actually started with billing and they sent me here for assistance. I just need to prove I am the owner of the Lifetime Plex Pass and get the email associated with that account changed from the original as it does not exist any longer. Maybe I can call billing and get it going that way?
