Plex account and email hacked

My Plex account was hacked and the email address on the account was changed by an attacker. Since then, I have lost access to the Plex account that holds my lifetime Plex Pass.

I can prove that I purchased a lifetime Plex Pass (for example via invoice, payment receipt, or bank statement), but neither general support nor billing support has responded to my tickets since May. What options do I have to regain access to my original account or to have the Plex Pass restored?

Important details:

  • My Google account, which is linked to my old email address, was not hacked because it is protected by two‑factor authentication.

  • When I try to sign in to Plex using “Sign in with Google”, Plex creates a new user profile, which is not associated with my existing lifetime Plex Pass.

  • I currently have no way to access the original Plex account because the email on that account was changed by the attacker.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and is there a recommended way to escalate this so that Plex can verify my ownership and reassign the lifetime Plex Pass to a secure account?

I contacted billing but no answer, I just tried it today for the 3rd time. I guess they write back to my old hacked email, not the one I mentioned as the actual email in the description

Depending on the workload for the team, it can take up to 2 working days to respond!
Creating new tickets only cause additional time, since they have to find those and merge them

You were sent an email to the one that you are currently using on this forum on June 11th. about 3 hours after you initially sent it. From what I can see you never replied back. Did you get that email? Have you checked you trash/junk folders?

I see your two new ones that you sent today within the last 30 minutes.
