'Limit remote stream bitrate' is being applied to local streaming since last PMS Public update

I was having 4K HDR videos being transcoded down to 1080p since the last PMS update. Once I set ‘Limit remote stream bitrate’ to no limit it direct plays again. Console reported bandwidth limit exceeded which tipped me off to this.

Check if your Client and server are at the same network. That’s the likely cause

Both devices are on the same network.
Started happening the same day my cron job updated plex.
WAN bandwidth does not indicate the movie is going out then back into local LAN.

What IP address is the server on? And the client?

Have you added anything to LAN Networks in the PMS network settings?

Yep it was LAN Networks.
