Signed up for plex pass. Went to the link asking for 4 digit code bit none of my plex apps is showing it. I’ve cleared cache, signed out and in but still no on-screen code?
Why did you go to https://www.plex.tv/link/ ?
You only need this to link a new device to your Plex account.
Subscribing to Plex Pass doesn’t have anything to do with that.
What you want to do is:
- wait for a while after buying the subscription (to allow the purchase to get cleared by Paypal or your credit card company)
- stop your plex server from running
- wait a minute
- start your plex server again
This will force your server to contact plex.tv, so it will get notified about your new Plex Pass.
