Linux player missing audio channels

I’m running Plex on my server via Docker on Unraid, and playback to Windows or Roku devices works fine. However, when I try to run media (shows, movies, or audio via Plex Amp) on a Linux laptop (Pop OS 22.04 LTS), I can tell that audio channels are missing.

Even when I force the player to use basic stereo, it’s obvious that certain aspects of sound are missing. Things sound flat, or audio just isn’t there and it clearly should be there, either by visual cue in terms of media playback, or just knowing the song that is playing.

I have updated everything; the Docker instance, the actual Unraid OS, Pop OS, and the Linux client itself; however, the issue continues.

Switched OSes. Instead of PopOS, I decided to try Ubuntu 22.04, and the audio channels work perfectly. Not sure what it is, however the issue seems to be with PopOS.
