Linux Server even though added is not allowing secure or insecure connections

Server Version RHEL#: 1.41.6.9685
Server Version Ubuntu#: 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#:
Both servers are on same home network

I have two plex server running. One on Ubuntu 24.04 running and added now one running on RHEL9 (with a RAID system hosting a series of files). The Ubuntu server is running just fine and Ubuntu is my main machine to configure and work with plex.
I was able to add the RHEL server to my library but when trying to access it from Ubuntu with a plex player im getting “does not allow secure connections”. The option allow unsecured connections i tried as well as all my machines are only in my home network but then plex complains that the RHEL server is not reachable (which i cant confirm is not correct).

So back on my RHEL machine i installed plex desktop and i’m wonderfully able to play files from the Ubuntu and RHEL machine.
Im a bit lost what could hinder plex on my Ubuntu machine (and then later from my apple TV) to see and connect securely to my RHEL server.

I can post logs etc. but thought would be good i outline the issue first and then see what is required before spamming with long logs.

Please let me know what info is required to be able to help me

The best way to give us logs, and the best logs to give us are:

  1. From each machine
  2. Ensure server DEBUG logging is enabled (Settings - Server - General)
  3. Restart the server
  4. Wait about 2 minutes for it to stabilize
  5. Now recreate the problem, wherever the problem occurs

Explanations:

  1. Plex/web will complain it can’t establish a secure connection when it doesn’t get a reply from the server before the connection timeout (connect timeout) occurs.

  2. If you can connect directly to each server by using the LAN IP (:32400/web) URL then we know it’s running and it’s in a “Not Published” state (other servers can’t see it via app.plex.tv)

When you recreate the problem, Please let me know the steps / sequence you did to capture the error.

After recreating,

Setting - Troubleshooting - Download Logs (from both if you want)
It will give you a ZIP file
Upload the ZIP file (and identify which server goes with which file please)
