Live TV and Managed Profiles not functioning

I am having an issue where Managed Users cannot stream Live TV without changing the quality to “Convert Automatically,” and even then it will play with captions despite captions being off. Playing from the Admin profile has no problem Directly Playing the stream at native resolution, but if you try to do the same on a managed profile, it loads forever. This appears to be related to this topic, which never saw a resolution Live TV for managed users. Live TV and DVR has been enabled for the the profile, and when I check the logs on the tuner, it shows that plex did indeed access the channels requested, they just never play for the user.

An issue that appeared similar was resolved by turning off the I/O cache in the android TV app, I tried this but nothing changed.

When attempting to stream Live TV from a managed profile, PLex repeatedly logs this warning, which does not appear when watching from the admin profile
