Live TV and Movies library unavailable on iOS and Apple TV but ok everywhere else

Recently I noticed that my Movies library is unavailable on my iPad. I can still see and play the content from recommended but when I select library it shows the server is unavailable. The Movies library is viewable from all my other devices. I’m having a similar issue with Live TV but on my Apple TV. Again Live TV works fine everywhere else.

I’ve tried restarting the server, Apple TV, and iPad but no luck. I also tried reverting PMS to a known good version and tried uninstalling PMS and the Plex app from the two affected devices. Searched the forums and it seems like a few others maybe having a similar issue.
