Server Unavailable in certain libraries on iOS Only

I have three “Video” libraries that contain old home movies. When any of our iOS devices (iPhone or iPad) attempt to access these libraries it is only greeted with the " is Currently Unavailable" window with the “Retry Connection” button displayed. Photo library also experiences the same.

Any Television, Movie, or Music libraries all work fine.

This occurs for both the main account when accessed on the LAN and WAN as well as users with the libraries shared. Nobody with iOS can access them.

Roku devices and Plex Web both work fine as well.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

As an update, this seems to have corrected itself yesterday completely at random. I’m assuming there was some kind of change on account processing because I don’t recall any of the iOS devices downloading a new version and I have not updated the server since posting. Even devices I don’t own that access my server are now working.
