Downgraded from unraid rc3 to 6.7.2 and live tv once again works for non admin users. Can any one else confirm or elaborate on problem?
Are you on unraid by any chance? I found by rolling back to 6.7.2 everything returned to norm even with the latest plex beta.
I don’t use unraid and had the same Issue with the latest Plex pass beta release, I rolled back to the general release and now managed users can use live tv again.
Odd. I found on unraid 6.7.2 it works fine. I just tried the new 6.7.8 rc4 and managed users are still broken. No acknowledgment from Plex on the issue sadly.

The effect is different on different clients.
Fire tv just blows up completely crashing the fire tv stick.
Apple TV has randomly varying results.
Web app also varies randomly.
Managed users are broken in more ways than simply live tv.
Enabling/disabling a library doesn’t always take effect as it should. Sometimes restarting the client will get this to work.
I tried using musconv tools for the same and it worked great.
