Had to roll back to previous plex server version for windows 7, as managed users with no live tv restrictions were not able to get access to live tv after the latest plex server update, although administrator access was able to get to the live tv scheduler and recorded programs with no problems.

I am having the same issue. My account works fine but my mother can no longer stream her live TV when she visits. All devices affected. Android phone, tablet, rokus, etc, etc.
Is it easy to roll back?

Hi yes it’s easy to roll back.
You would need to first switch off the plex service, then uninstall plex itself.
Before that though, look for the list of previous updates under windows users, app data, and the plex folder. You should find the old updates there.
Install the rollback update after the rebooting the pc. Metadata files etc shouldn’t be affected.
