Hi. I have the Plex app on my Android phone and on my Android TV box with Android TV version 13. Both devices are connected to the same internet fibre connection.
Everything works fine on my mobile phone, but on the Android tv box, the Live TV channels do not play. The On Demand content plays fine and the tv channels and programming does load for me to see what is playing. The moment I select any channel and/or program the circle/processing wheel comes on screen for a few seconds, then goes blank and back to the previous screen.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have hardbooted my device and internet connection. I am not sure why it is doing this. The live feed of the program even populates on the top half of the screen above the channel and program listing in the bottom half. But the moment I select or even press the expand button (arrows below 3 dots in top right hand corner), it just does the above.
Please help as it is very frustrating. Like I said, my mobile phone is on the same internet connection and runs fine. Leads me to believe that it is either a setting or the app on the Android TV box. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And other live stream TV apps do work fine on the Android TV box
