I posted on the android client forum and did not get any responses. I’m running Ubuntu Server 16.04.3 LTS with a WinTV Quad HD tuner. (PMS 1.11.0.4633)
Whenever I watch Live TV on an android client (latest verision), it direct plays and does not allow me to change the channel without crashing the app. If I lower the quality and force it to transcode, it changes channels fine. I’ve tried this on Google Pixel, Galaxy Tab Pro, and on my kids kindle fire, same results. I swapped out the WinTV Quad tuner for a hdhomerun extend and it direct plays and changes channels fine. Don’t know if it’s a server issue or client issue. I don’t have any other clients to try. It doesn’t do it on Plex/Web as it never direct plays.
Anybody else have a similiar setup and seeing this???
