still having issues with android client and live tv losing place in live stream.
Commercials stutter, playback is slowed to a few frames with slowed down audio, causing the stream to get further & further behind
I can PM logs, uploaded is a snippet of PMS.log plex tuner service log is not recent
Hope this actually gets acknowledged unlike my previous posts.
I forgot to add that plex just stops getting the live tv feed and just pinwheels.
Theres less than a 50/50 chance that changing channels will work either before erroring out.
This is painful. I just want plex to work for the reason I purchased the plex pass.
I have given 8+ months worth of testing and updates, to only have the clients continuously break.
This is not an issue with the hdhomerun tuner. This is an issue with the Android TV plex client.
I’ve offered multiple times to provide remote access and additional insight & logs, but not once has this even been acknowledged.
This exact reason is why people resort to posting to the subreddit, so MAYBE a plex tech responds.
I guess I’ll be finding another solution since Live TV & DVR on android seems to be forever broken.
