I live in Portugal and I wish to know what I would get if I subscribed to Plex Pass and used Live TV and DVR. Would I get the portuguese channels? The US channels? Or is it a lot of channels from a lot of countries?

You will only be able to watch those channels, which are available free and unencrypted over-the-air in your home. Because ultimately, it is your hardware which receives the live TV signal.

you might be able to achieve that by using a receiver with a satellite antenna for foreign channels, but i am not sure if plex support that
