Live TV doesn't work

Hi,

My plex doesn’t find channels when I select Ziggo 164.000 for the netherlands!
I use a Hauppauge WinTV-DualHD.

It should find channels, it did not long ago on my Samsung TV.
And I am sure they are unencrypted!

Any suggestions?

At 164000 the symbolfrequentie must be 6900…

How well do you understand german?

If you have questions I can translate & clarify.

What AM I suppose to do with this. Live TV is not workinh, it is not finding the channels

Which Operating System are you running? If it’s Ubuntu or Linux Mint you will have to add a PPA from Hauppage to get Plex to tune the channels. Hope this helps?

The irony is, I get it working on Ubuntu, but not on Windows… The problem I have, is that my Windows cliënt is forwarded to the outside my network, and Ubuntu is not… It is the same computer… Otherwise Ubuntu would be ok to use

BTW, does initial channel data loading take this long? It is been downloading since 1,5 hours and its only at 20 percent…

Now it stopped working on ubuntu too…
Solved that Just now, but on Windows it still doesn’t work. I think the windows driver is not compatible with European DVBC. But I AM not the expert…

Sounds like a similar issue I’m having here, where the actual Plex server TV works great, but on remote or network connected PC’s it drops here with Playback Error, it’s a strange issue that I hope can get looked into…
All the PC’s that connect to my server all run Ubuntu, and a Roku Device plus 3 Xbox consoles and an Apple iPad, thankfully they don’t all stream at the same time…

Still doesn’ t work…
