Ive got FIOS and HDHR prime in my setup along with a QNAP nas. I have my dvr and my live tv is streaming intermittently, I think it has to do with my defined channel lineup. I have selected only my HD channels and my SD channels and music channels are deselected in plex. After that I would expect that I would only see data for the channels active in my DVR lineup.
When I browse my live tv and recording data, it displays the info for channels I have de-selected and even after a guide re-population it does not discard any data for those channels. Is there something else I need to do or is this a bug? Id rather use my setup for HD channels only.
Any advice?
@Admiral688 We’re trying to figure this out. In the meantime, if you only use the HDHomeRun for Plex, you could from their interface mark channels to ignore. Goto http://my.hdhomerun.com and click on the Tuner used and goto ‘Channel Lineup’. Now double click on the star next to the channel name, and it will goto a red X. Do this to all channels you don’t care about, and then re-scan in Plex (you might have to delete/readd) and then they won’t be in Plex.
I know this isn’t a Plex solution, but it might be a viable workaround until we figure out why this is happening on our end.
