I set up a series recording for a new show yesterday and Plex seems to have skipped the first show. It has recorded and the second and third shows just fine.
It missed the first one. Are there log files that I can look at to see what might have happened?

I am having a similar problem with Version 1.13.9.5456 where series recordings are set up to pick up new shows, yet it skips random showings even though they are clearly marked as new in the EPG. I thought it was an issue with my installation or database, so I reinstalled Plex from scratch on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I am still having the same issue. This is probably compounded by (or perhaps caused by) the ongoing EPG metadata issues; but the shows are indeed showing up as New in the EPG. This is getting to be so unreliable that I’m considering moving to another solution. I love the interface and loved the reliability; but without the latter, I’m afraid that I’ll be forced to move on.
