'Live TV' Not On Menu after Setup Complete

I had this set up previously, and it was working, but had to reinstall Windows & Plex. Since then, I can’t get the ‘Live TV’ option to appear despite completing setup.

So, if I go through the process:
Home > Settings > Server > Live TV & DVR > Set Up Plex DVR
Issue #1 - The HDHomeRun Quattro never detects.

I opt fo enter the address manually, hit ‘Connect’ and then ‘Continue’.
I see the list of channels detected by the HDHomeRun. I can (and have) hit 'Scan Chanels" and get the same results back. It is set for ‘Antenna’ and ‘United States’. Continue…

I provide my zip code. Continue.

It locates the guide and appears to successfully load it. It displays the 50-some channels I can detect. Continue.

Setup Complete!
You can now find your Guide and Recordings in the sidebar under “Live TV”. While we’re grabbing the guide data, you can start browsing; it will update automatically as we download what’s on.

View Guide is never NOT greyed-out. My only option (after waiting as long as 2 hours) is to click ‘Close’. After closing, I’m returned to the Live TV & DVR screen and ‘Live TV’ never shows up on the main page menu.

Same problem. It started after updating PLEX to latest version for me. Hopefully it gets fixed in next release. Many are having this issue.

Same problem for me. Live TV & DVR section went away (on Plex kodi client) after the recent upgrade. It shows up fine from Plex Media Player on PC

I downgraded to previous version of PLEX media server on my Linux machine, and like magic, LiveTV and DVR works fine.

Don’t know if this is the same failure but I was happy as pie with the Live TV & DVR showing up in my menu. This morning it is “grayed” out?
The only change I made was running setup for DVR with the HDHomeRun Extend. And I did turn that off to see if it was causing the problem and the LiveTV & DVR is still grayed out?
