Live TV/DVR setup button missing from web app

I have an Nvidia Shield that I did a factory reset on. When I did I reinstalled the Plex Server. This created a duplicate server in my web app, so I deleted the original one. On the new server the Live TV/DVR settings button is missing. Is this an account issue with Plex? An issue with the shield not seeing the usb tuner? It worked before the factory reset. Any direction would be appreciated.

Very likely you’ll have to update Plex server.

Thanks, that was all that was needed. I was looking in regular playstore which showed plex up to date. On shield itself the server component indicated update needed.
