i recently gave my nvidia shield factory reset. I used to be able to use live TV & DVR. But if I try this now and scan the channels, it will find it. But I can’t watch it says 0 airings download and so I don’t have an EPG and can’t watch any channels live.

After updating the server software version to the latest, delete the DVR under
Settings - Server - Live TV & DVR
then re-create it.

thanks for the feedback but still i have problems
deleted the updates and than back updates and the same result

he i posted soms pictures below so you can see. I dit also a installation on a old mac mini of plex server and i have been traying to config live tv & DVR but the same problem

Could you please do this:

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 2 minutes
  6. try to create a new DVR and select the EPG
  7. wait 3 minutes
  8. fetch log files and attach them here

i think that their are missing files on de plex server.
Because other contry’s work

I have forwarded the logs to the developers. I got no complaints back, so I guess they’re OK. :+1:

Is there any progress made to find a solution, I have the same issue as matthias_plex

yesterday I did an update of my plex server to just a recent update. But nothing helped. DUs I am also waiting for a solution.

I was able to get past that step, but some shows aren’t recording for me. If it makes you feel any better, you’re one of several people who are complaining about the issues Plex introduced.

Can you please explane your solution.
So i can watch live tv and record some shows until the solution from plex.
