Live TV & DVR Tuner Status is not correct

When recording and watching 3 times the same Channel, the Tuner Status in PlexWeb 4.95.2 shows 3 busy Tuners.

while Fritzbox shows only 1 in Use - that’s correct!

Funny thing, Plex for Windows 1.58.1.3380-ea159c52
shows no tuner is in use…

I would love to get it to work at all, on my Fritzbox 6690 it gives me a error message and nothing. But I’m not with NetCologne but Vodafone. sigh
