Live TV/DVR: UK Tyne and Wear missing channel data

Does anyone have any solutions or advice to the many missing channels on Plex (UK, Tyne and Wear area)?

I’ve tried different post codes, using Youview and even mapping Sky Q data but I’m still missing channel data.

The local TV (Tyne and Wear TV) also shows up as Made in Teeside which is wrong.

It’s a mess to be honest. I’m running my PMS on a Synology NAS if it helps.

Which channels are missing?

I am just down the road Darlington area so can check to see if i have them

I dont get the local mux, but for me the Teeside local channel is named as TEESTV in guide selection, this is with a Youview lineup

#92 - Pick+1 (Comes up with data from the old Rocks&Co)
#99 - Smithsonian Channel
#235 - Al Jazeera Eng
#714 - KISSTORY
#716 - heat
#730 - RNIB Connect

Yeah Tyne and Wear TV shows up as TEESTV for me too which is odd.

I also have a few channels that flag as HD incorrectly. There are loads of others but they are streaming channels and not OTA so don’t work with HDHomeRun anyway :slight_smile:

I cant find those channels either :frowning:

I have checked also with NexPVR, using schedules direct (same data as Gracenote which Plex uses), they are missing from there also

Looks like an issue for Plex to resolve with the provider

Thanks for checking. How do I/we flag it with Plex? I’m assuming they’ll stumble upon this thread?

This is the form for reporting EPG issues, not sure if you get feedback from it nowadays, I have reported things in the past and it’s just a waiting game
