Live TV & DVR - Web Setup Screens are broken -- Plex Staff, please assist

I’m trying to run Setup for the Live TV & DVR, however the screens are broken. It successfully finds my tuner (HDHomerun Prime) and then successfully confirms my channels. On the next screen though, it asks you to enter your zip code (US) to get the guide however after I enter the last digit of the zip code, it briefly (less than a second) shows a progress spinner, which then disappears and nothing happens (no error messages or success messages). The screen stays the same as if there isn’t a zip code entered and more importantly, the continue button is left still disabled. I’ve tried many times and refreshed the browser and logged out and logged back in and went to other screens and came back, but it always fails at the same spot. It’s been this way the whole weekend. I can look up my guide on the information screens, so I know it is possible, but the setup screens are broken.

Which web browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

Which version of PMS do you have installed and on what OS?

Click on the Settings icon (upper right) and then on the left under your Server Name and then under Settings, click on General. The server version will be on the left.

I’ve tried it on:
Chrome V 80.0.3987.67 - Chrome OS on Pixelbook
Chrome V 79.0.3945.136 - Android 9
Microsoft Edge - Windows 10

PMS is V 1.14.1.5488 on Shield TV

Plex Web is V 4.22.1

I also rebooted the Shield TV and applied all the latest updates, but all the same.

Version is too old to pull the updated EPG.

How do I upgrade? When I go to the Play Store on Shield TV it seems to think its up to date. Likewise if I go to the Play store from a computer. It says it’s installed but doesn’t mention that it needs to be updated.

Make sure you’re looking for the Plex Media SERVER and NOT the Plex Media PLAYER.

I don’t know much (or anything really) about the Shield but there should be a version 1.18.4 at least available.

That was the right hint that I needed. My Plex app was fully up to date (confirmed it) but there’s a separate background process app for the server that needed an update. Thanks! After updating it, it’s the continue button now works. Thanks again to both of you
