Live TV Encoder VOBSUB not found

Player Version#: 1.3.1.916-1cb2c34d (Windows)

Having this weird error on my Windows client app. Everytime i tune to a channel with subtitles, the client gives me this error “Encoder VOBSUB not found.” However livetv works with these subtitles on Android and Samsung Tizen TV apps.
