Anyone else having trouble with Live TV Guide with latest version? I refresh and comes up blank with the following message “There was an unexpected error. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems” …useless help that is.
Yes, I am having the exact same problem with the client version 1.3.1.916-1cb2c34d and the server version 1.18.0.1913.
Is it possible to load the prior version as this seems like a bust? If so, how?

I’m seeing a problem, but its much less dramatic, but I post here in case it is of any relevance. I’m using a HDHomeRun quad tuner which has always worked well with Plex. All the channels it reports tune correctly when I test it with streaming to VLC media player. They are all also seen by Plex which builds the guide properly.
Since the last update, the first entry on the guide (in my case BBC 1) fails to stream when clicked. BBC HD streams fine from much later in the guide.
As I say, all channels work out of the HD Home run - either in its own windows player or VLC. Indeed it works fine in the Plex apps for android, windows and iOS.
So this looks like it is a web specific issue.
Sorry if this turns out not to be relevant at all to what you are describing.

FYI. I rolled back my system to the prior version (1.17.0.1841) and my Live TV Guide is back.
Fix the latest version!!!
Not working on Version 1.18.0.1944
I had to remove my tuner and now I can’t even add it back because Plex cannot find the guide when I enter my zip code. Please advise. Thanks

I am afraid I am still having similar problems in the UK with the latest version of plex server on both sinology and windows 10
I still can not refresh my TV Guide and I will start to loose recordings, I have re installed player and server and still not working.
Click on enabled channels, I get Unable to load channel mappings
Present recordings still happening up to Friday, do I have to delete my DVR and start again, worried about doing this as others reporting that setting up new dvr is still failing.
Does anybody know if there is a fix for this? No problems with the server on the web access. But, the Mac app “client” still shows the error…Every thing is up to date and functioning. I just can’t see the guide or do any changes to my recording list.
Latest version 1.18.1.2019 still does not load guide on my windows desktop. Once again had to roll back to prior version that works (Version 1.17.0.1841).
Can someone in support please address.
I have the same problem too. it seems that after every update my live tv/dvr doesn’t work and I have to roll back to a previous version. Is it possible that Plex can start posting versions when they are stable?
My tuners are still recoding shows, but I can’t access the guide or live tv. Any ideas on how to fix with out rolling back to previous version? Thanks
