My PMS is only showing “unknown airing” on every channel, I’ve already tried to delete the DVR and set it up again, adding a different guide source, refreshing the guide many times, restarting the PMS… But nothing works… Does anyone have a solution?

I’ve also noticed that the Android Plex app on live TV instead of showing tomorrow in upcoming films etc, it shows Jan 1st all the time! I’m surely not changing the system time on my phone, that’ll be ludicrous!!
Fix this issue, no wait, new features come before fixing old bugs I’m afraid in Plex land, just ask one of the Employees or Gurus, when you tell them of a issue, they just routinely say “You know the drill, logs please!” And nothing gets done, as I’ve since found with v7.15 to 7.17 of the Android app, they’ve had logs from myself and other users with the same video player logs with the same issue of it not playing stored videos on the server, yet when I told a Plex Employee for Android app, they knew nothing of it… The system of bug hunting as it stands sucks… But Plex is still a great app and server, I think all it needs is a fresh way of dealing with bugs etc…

You don’t need to change the system time on your phone, what you need to do is change the system time of your Plex Media Server. To find out how many hours you need to adjust, I recommend you connecting an antenna to your TV and check the guide (if there’s no guide, wait for a show or movie to start/end), then write on a piece of paper when the movie has started/ended, then go to your Plex Media Server, check its Live TV guide to see when the same movie has started/ended, then adjust the time of the system that your Plex Media Server is running.
