I was having the same problem, but rolling back to the previous version fixed it. I was able to roll back the update with these steps:
-Uninstall Plex media server via Windows add/remove programs.
- the previous versions can be found in the windows directory:
%localappdata%“plex media server\updates”… - I installed version 1.19.5.3112.
All plex settings remained.
I also turned off automatic Plex updates so it won’t happen again. I figure I’ll manually install updates every few months, so I can plan for install issue debugging.
