Live TV missing many channels

Hello,

I’ve just set up Live TV using HDHomeRun Duo and I see a strange behavior.

I’ve managed to match 32 channels to the EPG provider here in Czech Republic, in the Plex Player mac app in most times I see all the 32 channels listed. But only about 12 of them have EPG correctly loaded. The rest of them are showing empty EPG. Strange thing is that sometimes only those 12 channels are listed in the Live TV, the rest of the channels are completely missing.

In the iOS app I see only those 12 channels, all the time, 100% reproducible. I am not able to see all of my 32 channels available here.

Is there a way how to fix this to be able to see all my 32 channels?

…and yes, the guide data refresh went all way up to the 100% successfully.

I am on a latest Plex Server 1.15.3.876

im seeing similar issue where channels are empty, and the only way I can do is reassign them to another channel…but the epg will be wrong.
Any help?
