Missing channels in under DVR settings

After upgrading to the latest version of Plex, Version 1.16.1.1291 I noticed that none of my DVR shows were recording. I went into the Live TV & DVR and then into channels and I noticed almost all of the channels had no match in the drop down. I tried rescanning but I have the same problem.

I am using a HDHomeRun Prime and if I use their software, I can access all those missing channels. Plex seems to have the issue. I tried deleting and re-adding the DVR but it did not help.

Is there a bug in this version? If so, what build should I go back to so I can get this working again?

Plex removed EPG data for some countries. Is that what you mean? There is no program guide data?

I am in the USA so that did not impact me. The problem is all my channels are now missing, so none of my shows can record.

I am using a HDHomeRun Prime and if I use their software, I can access all those missing channels. I can even go through the browser to the HDHome Run device and these channels so. Plex is just not picking them up.

Same issue for me. Once I installed the 1402 update, live TV was broken and could not watch anything. Searching the forums, I found a “fix” to downgrade 1226 which allowed me to watch live TV but the guide is partially working and the recording scheduled is complete empty now.

I’m not sure why Plex as a company can’t at least address this and provide fix. I’ve been pleased with Plex till now.
