She is, and Live TV isn’t showing up.
Long time server owner with the Plex TV set up since day one of when it was an option.
Yes, It was already set to Allow Live TV and DVR. I changed it to Live TV only to see if it would make a difference, but it did not.
I don’t think it matters as it’s been working for me and my phone/devices for a while but I am running Plex server version 1.18.9.2571 and is running in docker under Open Media Vault.
Hmm, we’d need to see some logs from the client and server. It can take a little while to appear if it’s only been recently shared (a few hours).
What device /player is the user using? There are still devices that don’t support live TV.
I use a Pixel 3XL she has an LG V40 ThinQ… The Plex app itself runs on the phones fine. Just no live TV for her.
I think Daves answer above is where you should be looking, each user has a set of restrictions, from memory Live TV and DVR is not enabled by default
Looked there, it was enabled as TV & DVR. So I tried setting to “Live TV only” and it didn’t make a difference.
As mentioned before, we’d need some logs from the client and server in order to look into this further 
Same issue here. It works on my Nvidia Shield Pro (where my Plex DVR is installed) but not on my AppleTV. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still no LiveTV
Sounds like it’s just not appearing in the pinned list - go into “other” and see if it’s there
I had to select share all libraries for it to work, had an empty shared folder before. I changed the shared libraries back to the empty shared folder and it still works.
