Live TV not picking up all channels

I just got set up with an OTA antenna and HDHomerun and have this connected to Plex. My hope/wish was that Plex would pick up the additional channels (channel 1000+) which appear to be internet based? These are ESPN, news, etc.

Any chance of this happening? Most the OTA channels are not that good, but would love to be able to DVR the 1000+ from plex.
