Plex can see my Homerun Quatro but not my antenna channels

I’m a new Plex user and I seem to have everything set up but Plex can see my Homerun Quatro but not my antenna channels. I have Homerun Premium and 5 over the air channels. My Plex guide lists my premium channels but not the 5 over the air channels! What have I done wrong?

are you able to get your hdhomerun and view the channels directly?

if not, then make sure you have an antenna hooked up to the coax input, and that the antenna is pointed in the directions that will maximize the signal for those channels.

also make sure your hdhr is configured for OTA and not cable (you will not get any channels if set incorrectly)

if you can watch your stations directly through the hdhr, then it sounds like you have the wrong guide selected in plex.

you will need to delete the dvr in the plex settings then re-add it.

follow the wizard put in your correct zipcode and let it detect channels.

Thanks for your reply. I was able to delete the DVR and reinstall. Same problem! The problem is when I enter my Zip and go to next page and am ask to choose a guide in my area the two I want to use are Homerun Premium Channel guides but neither include the over the air channels I use! When Plex chooses guides for my Zip the OTA channels are there but when I have to select Guide Channels my OTA channels aren’t available.

Yeah Plex doesn’t support the use of two EPGs for this situation…
