Live TV Not Working

Started having an issue today with live tv on the Apple TV player. I’m running the latest version and cannot get it to link up to my live tv. iOS and web player work fine, just not Apple TV. I’ve tried rebooting the player and server as well as force close the app. Nothing is working. This was just working earlier today, not sure what happened as it’s working on other devices.

Update… I found in “My Plex” settings that I somehow have 2 entries for Live Tv & DVR. One works and one doesn’t. No idea why I’d have two. Haven’t changed anything on the server or client.

Same problem, I also noticed 2 live tv and dvr items. I had the original pinned and it was not working, unpinned that and pinned the new and seems to work now.

Hi, did you (or the PMS admin) recreate your DVR on PMS recently?

If so, this is a known issue that we’ll address soon. For now, unpinning the old Live TV & DVR source from the sidebar and pinning the new one (the one that works :sweat_smile:) should fix this.

No, nothing has changed with my TV tuner. It was working earlier in the day then started doing that.

We’ve managed to reproduce this issue but only when the server admin deletes and recreates the DVR setup.

Either way, we’re looking into it and the fix should cover your scenario as well.
