Live TV Playback Error no Tuner but TV Guide updates ok

I’ve been using Plex with Lifetime Plex Pass on my NAS Synology for a few years with no issues. It started about a month ago that everytime I click on a channel on the TV Guide, I get the Playback error, could not tune channel. It shows device not found when I go to Live TV & DVR under Manage, even though the TV guide updates in real time without issues. The issue first started with the server version before my current one, the issue persists even after I updated to the current version of 1.32.7.7621. I am using HDHR4-2US as my tuner and HDHomeRun app can find the tuner no problem.

I just updated to Version 1.32.8.7639 but still no difference. So I deleted the existing the HDHomeRun tuner, but now I can’t add it back. Plex can’t find any hardware that it can recognize, also tried adding by network address manually to no avail. What else is there to do? Anyone can help?
