I love plex and have been using it for years. Everything was working great for a long time up until the last week. I haven’t made any changes to the windows pc that is my plex server, and it has almost 1 TB of free space on each of its two drives. I use an HDHomeRun device for live TV streaming. When using live TV through plex a person complained that they could no longer stream live TV, here is a screen shot of what they see on a Roku TV:

Just “playback error”.
As soon as the issue was reported to me, I checked an iPad and got the same “playback error”. My first action was to just reboot the plex server (windows PC). This did the trick and it immediately started working fine again. But one day later, I got the same complaint. I check, and yep, cannot play live TV. This time instead of just immediately rebooting, first I tested the HDHomeRun independent of plex, and it was working fine, could stream via the HDHomeRun app. So I got on the Plex server, exited plex, restarted Plex WITHOUT rebooting, and then everything was working fine again. But two days later I get the same complaint. Restart plex itself (no reboot) and its working again. Not sure why this just started happening after working well for so long but its going to be a real pain to restart plex every day or two. My in-laws use my plex server to stream live TV so they don’t have to pay for cable (they can’t get good antenna signal from their house, but I get great antenna signal from my house). They are retired and watch a lot of TV, so I need to get this issue fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
