I have my Plex server running on a dedicated desktop pc, Windows. I have Plex pass and have my hd homerun set up through Plex. Plex records content just fine but when i try to watch through Amazon fire tv app, i can find the recording but when i click on it, nothing happens. I have done the normal troubleshooting without success in fixing this issue. Please help, thank you
