I am running Plex on Windows and am using HD Homerun for Live TV Streaming. The server is properly configured and I and browse and stream recorded TV to PC and Ipads, however if I try to view a Recorded TV program it won’t launch from a Firestick or Fire TV. How can I diagnose / fix this issue?

What happens when you try to play a recorded program? Error message (what does it say), App crashes, etc?
Can you play other content using the Plex app on the FireStick/FireTV?
It clicks/flashes like it is about to launch, however it does not launch. All other content works properly. Streaming recorded TV to Fire TVs is the only issue.
