According to the email I received this morning, Live TV has been rolled into Plex Home so that I can allow other users to access, however, I do not see the option to allow in “Restrictions”.
I am on the latest Plex Media Server release (1.11.0.4633). Is this a server side change on Plex’s side or am I missing something.

same for me, no live tv options for other home users. I restarted the server and see no available updates.
Web app probably hasn’t updated yet for access to the setting. It’s nice to see that this is coming, but it needs to be available for all users, not just home users…

Those of us who have had TV recording for a year or more? We can no longer configure our devices at all.
I’m having the same problem - plex server is up to date. Tried creating a new managed home user and same issue.

It is there for me now. It was clearly a server side update on Plex’s side.
I have the option to enable live tv for home users, but once enabled, there is no live tv option on either the web app or the Roku channel. Has anyone successfully been able to use live tv as a home user? If so, what clients work?
Of course now Live TV doesn’t show up on the Android Mobile client when logged in with Home user…
Update: I finally started seeing the program guide show up for home users on my Roku.
Now seeing on my Android mobile client.
OK the problem was that plex was reporting it was up to date but it was not. I had to manually download plex while logged in as a plex pass user to get version 1.11
I now have the option to enable live tv for home users.
@“LovePlex!” sounds like your update channel on settings/Server is set to Public. If you want the latest releases you would need to set it to Beta.
