Live TV transcoding not working on Roku/Android, but works in webplayer

Channel number/Name: any that require transcoding

I’m getting errors when I try to tune to Live TV that requires transcoding on my Roku or Android boxes, but these channels work properly in the web player. Plex Server is running on the latest Truenas Scale.

Errors in my log when trying to tune to those channels:

Channels that do no require transcoding work on my roku/android boxes

Still struggling with this one. Channels that require transcoding won’t play on my streaming boxes. I’m not sure what the next step is.

Anyone have any idea what’s up? Still unsure what to do.

Can you try downgrading your PMS to 1.29? See here my own issue.

Edit: Actually, rather than downgrading, try disabling hardware acceleration in the PMS settings first.
