Live TV and Movie Transcodes Fail to Play After Update

Hello,

Recently after updating to PMS 1.22.3.4523 I was unable to playback Live TV and movies from my library that required transcoding.

I was able to work through the movie issue (transcoded audio via Handbrake and created new files) but Live TV still isn’t working.

The guide is correct and my program attempts to start but never actually buffers (no % load either). I’ve tried removing my DVR and resetting it up with a new channel scan. I also turned Live TV transcode on and then off again with no effect.

This issue also causes my PMS to stop responding and it needs to reboot before I can view anything (or download logs it turns out).

Any help and suggestions would be really appreciated

I also have tried removing the windows update done on the same day as my update to Plex (KB4601556) but nothing changed. I’m still unable to view anything using Live TV

I disabled h/w acceleration and now it plays properly but what changed that I had to disable that?
