LiveTV & DVR does not work on Mac Plex Client

I am able to access my LiveTV & DVR on my Android phone and on my MacBook via the browser but I can’t access it on the Plex client on the same MacBook. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I’ve tried uninstalling it and re-installing it fresh but same result. The error message reads, “There was an unexpected error”. Thanks.
