Hello

Very new to this, so please forgive if I am making an obvious mistake.

I have Plex running on a Synology 218+ NAS. I have connected an HDHomerun Connect DUO. I am in London, UK. Everything is fine until I get to the DVR setup page

Language is set to English, but when I type my postcode in, it appears to search but does not let me continue. I have tried my full postcode and the first 3 (i.e., SW1) or 4 letters (i.e., SW19)

Getting pretty frustrated. Any help welcome

Can you try with a nearby postal code?

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried.

It seemed to work, but then stopped communicating with the server. So, tried again with the nearby postcode and now doesn’t find it. As before

It seems determined to mess with my head!
