LiveTV not Tuning Correct

I have a Hauppage single tuner running on OpenMediaVault. Plex finds the tuner just fine and it able to tune and watch all but one channel.

The channel has a main HD Channel (46.1) and two subchannels (46.2, 46.3). After the initial setup and guide data, everything looks fine. The channel data is correct.

When I tune 46.1 in the guide (web, Roku, Plex Media Player on a PC, Android), it actually shows 46.2 with the metadata for 46.1. (On a TV tuner it tunes fine). Similar on 46.2, it tunes 46.3.

When I try to tune 46.3, the server comes back with Channel can’t be tuned. At first I thought it was an issue with the signal, but it works fine on a regular TV using the same antenna.

What is even more strange is that after trying to tune 46.3 and receiving the can’t tune channel error, I can’t tune any channels at all anymore. I can stop and restart the Plex service, but still not able to tune any channels. I have to do a full reboot of the server to be able to tune any channels again.

It will work fine until I try to tune 46.3 again and then the same issue. It is only this channel as all other channels I can tune the .2, .3, .4 and even .5 on one channel.

Ideas?

I’m trying to figure out if it is the station sending a bad broadcast or if it is my tuner or setup.

The channel is 46 out of Waco. It switched from PBS on August 31, 2008 to what it is today (CW). I’m not sure if that is causing the problem or not. However, I’ve only had my Plex Pass (and Live TV) setup since December 2018.

I did find this info (which doesn’t seem to be 100% up to date):
KNCT BELTON, TX
46-1 46.2 KNCT-HD CW “CW Texas”
46-2 46.3 PBSKids Me-TV
46-3 46.4 Create Start TV

It’s not a huge deal as this isn’t my main viewing area but rather a station about 60 miles away (a different market) that I can pick up clearly)
