so i had just purchased the Hauppauge WinTV-DualHD TV tuner and i’m trying to set it up with plex via cable but according to plex all the channels are encrypted is there any way to tell plex that i’ve paid for these channels i have tried hooking up the cable box to the tuner then to the wall and that removed all channels showing up at all any suggestions or fixes to my issue or are encrypted channels just not available at all until its added and i just wasted $70?
